I would like to share a this memory of Jean Cotterman. I met her briefly at ILCA, Philly 2006, and she was warm, gracious, and encouraging of my efforts to obtain my IBCLC credential. Fast forward to 2 years ago when I needed help in my position as IBCLC at a hospital. She responded to my LactNet query with a personal email, gave me permission to use her RPS handout, and she remembered me from Philadelphia. AMAZING! I am so sorry to hear of her passing and if these posts are collected for her family, I hope they find comfort in knowing how many lives she changed.  Leslie Cree, IBCLC, Harrisburg, PA area
