Leana,
My first thought is dehydration, and then hunger / hypoglycemia. People often have headaches when mildly dehydrated or also when somewhat hypoglycemic. Perhaps, being back at work, she is not hydrating as much, nor eating properly. I know I am so guilty of this at work, and I’m not pumping! You say she is losing weight fast, and so that warrants investigation to see what her intake is and possibly thyroid or something more serious. I would begin by investigating her intake, and also to strategize on how to eat/drink enough.
