We currently do not put our Lanolin cream or breast shields or hydrogel pads in the pyxis. I guess it never crossed my mind to scan this for use. We get free samples from Medela and that is what we give out to the patients as we only have around 450 deliveries per year.
On a similar note, how many of you are putting your formula or dextrose water in the pyxis? That is something that has come up at my place of employment for better tracking purposes.
