Dear friends,

Once again I've enjoyed spending time on Lactnet, but as I'm busy for the next few weeks, I need to go "nomail" again for a while. As always, I have noticed there is much sharing and support, all part of the Lactnet ethos, for which we can thank Kathleen and our list mothers.

Please contact me privately on any of my regular topics if you wish. I may post from time to time while "nomail".

All the best to each of you for 2014.
