I would also choose the Hygeia.
BUT.... the Q model is not like the Lactina. The Hygeia EnDeare is the same as the Lactina.
The Q is not hospital grade, although it does have a filter between the tubing and motor. It is also designed to work with the Pump In Style kit. So a mom who has used a Symphony in the hospital can cut off the connectors on one end of the tubing and use the kit with her new Q. I would consider the Q to be equivalent to the Pump In Style.
