I am curious.   Does anyone have some recent data regarding benefits of breastfeeding classes prenatally on rates of breastfeeding initiation and exclusivity?  The county facility I work at stopped offering them d/t poor to no attendance.  I would like to start them up again, and perhaps be a bit more aggressive in advertising the.  It is a conundrum; because they are offered free of charge.  Also, any ideas on great ways to advertise?  Catch phrases you are willing to let me use?  :)
