The WHO has a great FREE tool called WHO Anthro. I keep it on my desktop at all times. If I get a call I can enter the dates and weights and get info such as red (danger), yellow or green (normal) situation and also easily create graphs (you can choose z or percentile) all the weights to send to MD. If I see bad situations not being addressed, I do a screen shots and attach them to my evaluation. I do keep an Excel spreadsheet on my desktop also to avoid math errors in converting lbs and ounces to Kilos.
