The radiologists will, for obvious reasons, have aimed the dose as specifically as possible to the designated area, so her breasts should have received fairly limited radiation. It's possible some of the cells in her breasts will have been affected, but I would think any effect on lactation should be pretty minimal. (Not a radiologist so working from basic knowledge of the subject and common sense!) A radiologist would be able to give more detailed information on this.
