I found the MAM pacifier to be shorter and flatter than others.

I had to offer a pacifier for my 3rd child for the same reasons.
Unfortunately, I didn't know about PTT and oversupply and CST. Oh, to
have known what I know now!

I usually tell Moms to look at the shape of the nipple after bf and to
try to choose a pacifier that is similar. Can't forget the 1 month old
that did fantastic on the biggest pacifier Mom could find. I believe
it was a 12-18 month size.
