I spoke to one woman over the phone on the weekend who had neither internet access nor a landline. I phoned her skype to moblile phone - the cost of the call shows up on my skpe credit balance, so I can add the call cost to the consult if I choose, it was approx. 1 euro (1.36 USD) for an hour call, so it's worth knowing what different payment options are available for calls.
