Barbara,

 

It could just be a pregnancy symptom.  I know with my first I had cramping
with every orgasm for the first 10 weeks of my pregnancy.  It used to just
be the week before my period, then I couldn't figure out why it wasn't going
away until I found out I was pregnant.   Some moms just know what their
uterus is doing :-)
