What is medihoney? It doesn't contain honey does it? I wouldn't want the baby ingesting honey due to concerns with botulism. 

I've also been wondering about lanolin because I have had several patients bring nipple cream into the hospital that says "lanolin free" on the label. I've wondered, why lanolin free? I thought lanolin was the safest for baby. Why are products being marketed lanolin free?
