Thank-you Catherine,

Working on the torticollis is where we are going to start and it is helpful to have your opinion validating that course of action. I haven't ever tried the under the jaw support while feeding and I suggested it to the mom on your recommendation.

She loves dairy and has decided to try eliminating it to see if baby is more comfortable.

Jane, I don't disagree with anything you said about tt and lt. I am just not convinced this baby has tt. They will decide how to proceed with the lt after the baby gets bodywork for the possible torticollis. The baby's latch does look like a latch that is shallow due to lt.

Does anyone have any further information on PCOS and oversupply? I thought this mom's "Lean PCOS" might be associated with her higher supply.

Laura Spitzfaden LLLL, IBCLC, APL
