I have found that 'playing' with the bottle works well. I posted a message awhile ago about this as well. I slowly introduce the nipple to baby. Rubbing it on her lips and around her lips, rubbing it on her gums, inserting it slowly inside her. Just gradually playing with it until she shows interest back in it. It may take days or just one time. Once baby starts to suckle on it then you pour a very small amount of milk in the tip of the nipple (small .5cc or less) and see how baby responds. Eventually you can increase the amount and put the nipple on the bottle. You stop as soon as baby shows any signs that she is stressed and start again the next day or later that evening.
