Just heard Dr Kathleen Marinelli, IBCLC, say on iLactation that only 10% of 
CMV is inactivated by freezing (vs 100% via pasteurisation) so it doesn't 
sound like an option.  She quotes Hamprecht et al, Pediatri Res 2004 56(4) 
529-535.

Do you have different evidence, Jodine?

policy to use freezing as a way of processing human milk to reduce the risk
of transmission of CMV to premature infants?
