Check out and bookmark two resources:
http://www.ncsl.org/research/health/breastfeeding-state-laws.aspx#Fed
and
http://breastfeedinglaw.com/state-laws/
The first comes from the National Conference of State Legislatures, and
includes a listing of all *state* laws that there are, with some very
helpful links about the *national* law. The federal law guarantees break
time -- up to one year. It doesn't look like there is a NJ law that
discussing break time, or improves what the feds guarantee.
The second is a privately-funded website run by a former League Leader and
current litigator who is well-versed in lactation and the law. I like that
site because the Q&A offers more "conversational" information about the
laws.
