Breastfeeding: The Gold Standard will be hosting its annual conference
March 19-21 at the Hampton Inn & Suites in New Orleans, LA. The focus of the
conference this year is the Beauty of Structure and Function. What books
would you expect to see/hope to see in the bookstore? Do you have a favorite
resource for structure of the breast, oral anatomy of the infant, or how the
many different biological systems work when structure is "normal"?
In the past we have been blessed to have new editions of Medications and
Mother's Milk, but it seems new release dates are all later and later, most
looking at summer releases this year.
What are you go-to books? What would you recommend for new Nurse/IBCLCs?
Thanks for your input, choosing books seems to get more difficult every
year...
Laura
