Rachel said in her original message that "Full drainage gave immediate relief" - I don't have the article in front of me and it's been a while since I read it, but I think I remember that the researcher who investigated the full drainage followed by block feeding method also found that in some cases, more than one full-drainage pumping was needed before things settled down.
It seems that this mom is back to square one in terms of supply - perhaps one or two more attempts at full drainage will help?
