Hello~ I am hoping some of you working in the hospitals can share with me your institution's circumcision policies. I have been banging my head against the wall regarding our infants being held NPO (nothing by mouth) 1 hour prior to the procedure with no regard to breast or formula feeding. It is the assumption by the Obstetricians, who do the procedure, that the babies are at risk for choking and that is why this practice exists. If you can let me know if your facility is baby friendly or not when you comment I'd also appreciate it. Thank you kindly!
