I'm curious as to how the chiro found this, and whether there's a
transcription error somewhere along the line. 18 mm is nearly 2 cm (or
0.7 of an inch, for the non-metrically-inclined). That sort of
displacement in a tiny neonate's upper spinal area sounds like an
immediately-fatal cervical dislocation to me.
