> Milk sharing: Can this mother (the one wishing to donate) contact the milk bank and see whether she can arrange the screening tests through them prior to donating directly to her friend? 


The short answer is no. Donor screening is only one step the milk banks take to assure safety of milk and we cannot certify the safety of the milk based on screening alone.
