Anyone else still waiting to receive their letter from IBLCE to make arrangements at a testing site to take the exam? 

 This is my 10th anniversary re-cert.  On March 11th IBLCE told me it would be another 3-4 weeks before the letters went out.  That was 6 weeks ago this Monday!  They didn't even reply to my last inquiry. I did get their e-mail this week notifying 2013 re-cert exam canidates that the IBLCE office was extending the deadline to May 10th because they forgot to remind these canidates.  They're looking for more canidates!  I'm registered and can't even schedule my test yet.  Nothing about this process has went smooth.  My on-line application went through three times but the payment didn't.  Because of this cliche I had to wait and make the payment by mail. Then I got an e-mail from IBLCE asking "Jennifer" if she was going to use "Linda Louise Bubeck" as her ID for take the exam!  As I said, nothing has gone right with this process!  Anyone else in this boat with me?
