Got a call last May that paralyzed me!  My granddaughter had just 
C-delivered a grunting baby in Uganda and the hospital told her to call her 
dr in US and ask what to do!  So they called nurse practitioner grandmom. 
Of course I said skin to skin!  Which they did with O2 for the rest of the 
day.  He was fine the next am.  Also just reinforces my idea that all c's 
need some labor for the baby's sake, shame they tend to get scheduled now
