I recently read an article in the San Francisco Chronicle about HIV + men
being able to safely impregnate their partners via the old fashioned way IF
their virus load was minimal or undetectable due to antiretroviral drugs.
Perhaps if baby is similarly successfully undergoing treatment it would be
safe for mom to breastfeed?
