Unfortunately, most probably - NO, as all lactation services are
provided as related to pregnancy and childbirth :(
There is no ICD code (neither 9 nor 10) that does describe lactation
process in any other situation (surrogacy, adoption, cloning, whatever)
We'll see what the ICD-11 will offer, but with the rate of new coding
implementation in the US... I am afraid we should not anticipate any
(positive) changes in our lifetime.
