PTP - I have a mama who gave birth on 08.25.12. She has struggled with milk supply with a previous baby. I was her midwife for this birth and noticed that her breasts were somewhat tubular shaped. Sure enough, baby had lost 9.3% body weight at her two day postpartum visit. 5 days postpartum, she was put on Domperidone, but hasn't seen a vast improvement. She was seeing me, and doing co-care with another Breastfeeding clinic. I don't know everything they advised, as there hasn't been communication between the professionals. Needless to say, she's supplementing with formula now, so the baby isn't starving, but just isn't sure how long to keep trying, pumping, supplementing with herbs/meds, etc. Per her request, I drew labs for hormone levels, but I need help interpreting the results.

Prolactin - 113.0
Testosterone - <20
TSH - 1.243

She is 34yo and now 7.5 weeks postpartum. Advice and recommendations welcome!

Thanks!
