I could not find reputable information online. I know of someone that
was told by a physician that using cocoa butter very regularly on her
stomach caused the fetus to have tachycardia. They were initially
looking for a defect with a heart valve but with further examination
determined it was from the cocoa butter. She was told to discontinue
use and to not worry.

Any information would be welcomed!
