Dear all:

I still remember Jay Gordon's infamous Aprils Fools Joke writing a fake letter from the AAP which got him into trouble with the AAP when they overreacted and got him into trouble with me when I defended him and he published my defense without my permission on the Huffington Post. All was forgiven of course.

So, I hope Norma doesn't mind that I transfer this here, but I'm so excited that she posted what the Massachusett's Breastfeeding Coalition had to say about the new AAP policy on the Lactnet Facebook cite here:

http://massbreastfeeding.org/index.php/2012/aap-passes-resolution-to-limit-formula-marketing/

You can find the link to the original statement here:
http://www2.aap.org/breastfeeding/

Can we all write to the NY Times and DEMAND that they publish this?

Best, Susan E. Burger
