besides getting better requirements for IBCLCs who are in circumstances that don't allow for college courses.
IBCLC needs Emeritus status! Those of us who took the first or early exams need a break. I'll be 75 when my next exam comes up! There needs to be Emeritus status for people who have faithfully kept up their credential for at least 25 years and are now semi-retired and/or volunteering as IBCLCs. Or is sitting for the exam 3 times good enough?
Anyone else have an opinion? Pat in SNJ
