Individuals who are allergic to bovine dairy products may be allergic to soy
and goat's milk & cheese, but some aren't. (I'm one of those who can
tolerate goat and sheep mik products.) I guess it is an individual call,
depending on the severity of the suspected symptoms. In any case, it is best
to have any elimination diet overseen by a nutrition professional, to make
sure that no deficiencies develop.

Subject: is goats milk ok in a dairy elimination diet
If a mom is doing a dairy elimination diet, could she still have goats milk
and cheese?
