I'm concerned that tt, lt and ptt is over-diagnosed these days, so I'd
leave that question until last and address the symptoms that jump
out at me first, ie increasing baby's intake of pure,
unadulterated,cow's-milk-free breastmilk as the first priority.

Would love to hear how this goes!

~~~ Brilliant, Pamela. You covered all the cow milk protein stuff I  wished
I had also said. :) Reflux is often either triggered or worsened by  CMP.
Saw a 5 week old just now, very mucusy stools, silent and overt reflux, ,
mostly silent though, arching at breast, clicking/coughing even  before
feeding after lying down for diaper change. I didn't  even check his tongue,
because his weight has been fine ( and mom had Niagara  Falls letdown until
recently) and mom has no pain, and he transferred a normal  amount of milk in a
reasonable time frame.
Peace,
Judy
