backwards is that, shouldn't it state that she'd like to do more hookah
smoking but is concerned about safety of breastfeeding.  Obvioulsy the
smoking takes top priority.  OK but that's just between us, obviously we
need to meet this mom where she is holding.  I would give the same
recommendations for hookah smoking as for cigarrette smoking. There is a

is so addictive in hookah smoking if there is no nicotine that it is so
central in this mother's life.
