Hello wise ones,
Likely this has been shared before, but it's excellent and for those of us who work in public health it resolves the tension between breastfeeding advice and sleep advice from a public health perspective:
http://www.dur.ac.uk/resources/sleep.lab/sim/RussellWhitmoreDurhaSIM2012.pdf
Shockingly, it basically outlines what you need to know given your particular context and encourages mothers to make the best choices for their babies!
For those in the UK, my question: this pamphlet is sorely needed in my neck of the woods.
1. Is it currently in use or was it only in use for the study?
2. Anyone have contact for either Drs. Charlotte Russel or Mary Whitmore so I can ask them about the program?
Many thanks in advance,
tina
