I would think that milk that is laced with radioactive iodine might be considered a biohazard depending on the levels of radioactivity. It might require special handling rather than just dumping it down the sink. Certainly, when I worked in a genetic engineering lab, we were very careful about how we disposed of certain substances, be it chemical or radioactive substances. I'm not sure at what levels that such considerations might be necessary.
