I understand your concern regarding improperly measured feeds, but since when does AIM need to be made in the bottle that it will be fed in?  If parents find it difficult to use for that, they should look at other ways to make AIM.  When I work with mothers who are supplementing with AIM we always suggest making a small amount (2oz) of AIM in a separate container and then pouring out 1oz (or less depending on need) at a time into the bottle for feeding.  This limits the amout of AIM and ensures small amounts are made properly.

I would discuss proper AIM preparation with clients if you are concerned.
