I wonder if moms who can't take nifedipine would be willing to try substantial doses of b complex on a trial basis. A year and a half ago I suddenly had Reynauds pop up in my hands and heels. It was like being cut with a thousand scalpels at once. I did some reading and decided the cheapest, quickest, and least risky intervention to try was b vitamins. I have a good whole foods diet, but it took two days of using "stress tabs" at triple the recommended dose before the excess colored my urine, and two weeks of daily double dosing before I could skip a day without starting to tingle. I was under a tremendous amount of situational stress, so all I can figure is that my requirement went up and created a deficiency.
Your mileage may vary.
