To add to this discussion, I am seeing a mom on Monday who is 18 weeks pregnant with her first baby. She has read about IGT and wants to be armed with as much information as possible. 

I believe moms want to know. 

On another note, my younger sister has small wide spaced breasts. She made plenty of milk for all four of her children. We do need to take this case by case.
