Peg,
I'm thinking that I'm going to need a lot more info to get the whole picture. How long was he gaining for before he began to lose weight? What percentiles was he on and is he on now. How long and why has mom been pumping? How much is she getting when she pumps? When did the baby switch to 2-3 minute feeds? Perhaps there is such a fast let down that the baby is getting a full quantity in 2-3 minutes. What are his poops like? Yellow seedy or green mucousy? What else happened when he began to refuse the breast?
Those come to mind, do you know the answers?
