Has anyone heard of quinoa as a galactagogue? I was just browsing through an old copy of Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Weston K. Price and noticed that he says that quinoa is given to nursing mothers by the Indians of Peru and that it "has the remarkable property of being not only rich in minerals but a powerful stimulant to the flow of milk."
