I think one of our doctors here recently posted that repeated bouts of
mastitis are really not repeated bouts but original bout not treated
effectively. I think your client has mastitis, possibly an abscess or deep
infection, and should be seen  by a doctor who is knowledgeable of this.
Perhaps a culture needs to be done to target the correct abx. Ensure
effective drainage of affected breast also (post-feed pumping?).
