Sago!
I'm still feasting upon past issues of JHL, and came across this article,
"Salespeople and the Lactation Army, Taking a Stand for Health and Human
Milk," by Sharron S. Humenick, PhD,FAAN, and Pamela D. Hill, PhD, RN. (1996)
Siting excellent sources regarding the danger to infant breastfeeding rates
of supplementation, they end talking about forming a Lactation Army, to
promote every bit counting, and urging Congress to force substitute milk
makers carry a danger sign.
Was this just an idea put in for discussion? Or did anyone start a
Lactation Army?
Just wondering:
Have a nice weekend, everyone
