Good for you, Allison.  I am glad that you are searching for information before making recommendations.   Neosporin and triple antibiotic ointment have the same 3 antibiotics in them.  Dr Hale recommends that Polysporin or double antibiotic ointment be used because of allergic reactions to neomycin.
