I have a midwife in Vegas who needs a MD to explain nipple vasospasm treatments (with medication) for a client of mine. She actually has Raynaud's in her hands and feet, now in her breasts- ugh. Any one who would be willing to assist me in the education of our local professionals so we can keep breastfeeding moving in the right direction please let me know. I, and my client, would be eternally grateful.
