absolutely.
Quinoa is a great power grain, with as much protein as yogurt. Tell me if
I am wrong, but in its native countries quinoa is a significant part of
the diet for pregnant and breastfeeing women.
All grains - millet, barley, buckwheat, bulgur, steel cut oats, brown
rice, quinoa - all are the wonder foods, incredibly useful for lactation
and are the staples of healthy NORMAL nutrition for the whole family
