Currently working in the Premature files from LLLI.  Unfortunately I don't 
find the Lucas article mentioned.
However, in reading thru tons of articles I've found that mother's own milk 
probably gives a superior result to either premie formula or donor , pooled 
milk.  Hoefully Dr Wight can comment.  Pat in SNJ
