Perhaps, but then still one would hope that HCP would be an ethical person- to the extent that, if he/she were to then go around the world speaking about the "new and improved" formula that he/she helped the formula company concoct, he/she would STILL see the ethical dilimma and attempt to mitigate it, by disclaiming at every turn that NOTHING the formula company has invented is NEARLY as good as human milk.  I'm looking at YOU, Dr. Lucas.

Dr Lucas spoke to the doctors in my town's pediatric hospital about the virtues of a new premie formula, touting that it would increase IQ by a few points- (docs were SO very impressed) and somehow NOT MANAGING TO REMEMBER to teach how breastmilk can result in even better IQ outcomes....
