Our pedi on call saw this baby who was being given formula and brmilk
(colostrum) by the mother's choice. Baby presented with a bloody diaper
just as they were being discharged. Pedi observed 2 small fissures at 11
and 3 positions. Put baby on Alimentum. Has not had a repeat of bloody
streaked stool. Protein milk allergy at 2 days old???
What do you think?
