I send almost every mom I visit or talk to or who attends our La Leche
League meeting directly to the UC Davis' Lactation Center website: Secrets
of Baby Behavior! www.secretsofbabybehavior.com
It is WONDERFUL and I usually encourage them to start at the very first
blogs, even if their babies aren't newborn, because it gives them a frame of
reference.and they often say "I wish I had known that - my baby did EXACTLY
that!"

Their more recent one on when babies sit up is lovely!
Grandmas can really learn how to be supportive, both close and far away, by
reading the blogs related to the normal behaviors of their grandkids.
Dads also benefit from reading them.and there are even some posts just for
them!
I was disappointed that they did not challenge the AAPs sleep
recommendations "in close proximity but not on the same sleep surface". but
as they don't conduct research on that topic.well, you can't have
everything!
