On our unit we use IV Diflucan I  found one research article connecting this practice with NEC. Breastmilk is often being blamed for NEC, feeding intolerance etc and after keeping the babies NPO and then starting them on a predigested formula.  Does anyone know of any research that I can use to present my case.
