I work in a hospital setting with about 700 deliveries per year. We have a leval one nursery, most babies needing special care get transfered. I was wondering if there are any other IBCLC's out there in my type of hospital how they function on a day to day basis. I want to make sure that I am doing the most I can during my day. Do you perform other duties besides lactation? You can email off list if you like. I would like to know wha
